HS Track: Izaic Yorks blazes US # 1 at 1600 with 4:04 at District III Champs

Izaic Yorks from Lakes High School ran 4:04 for 1600 meters at the West Central District III Championships today at Mt. Tahoma High School to win by over 10 seconds. Not only did he win but he achieved a US #1 rankings at 1600 meters and moved fellow Washingtonian Marcus Dickson back to # 2 in the US with his 4:05 clocking from a few weeks ago.
